Carb decision help

Need a carb...my choices are buy a rebuild from Rock Auto, ( a champion) for 240 bucks, or have my original stock one rebuilt by a shop..for 225 bucks. Im kinda leaning toward the shop rebuilding it because its stock and should be like new once done. The one from Rock Auto would be like new too, but a totally different brand..(Champion)...opinions?

I to have a carb setup but was eventually going to put in TBI when it can be down for a bit. Have you thought about doing that?

After much research and intelligence gathering, I've decided to go for the Motorcraft. 2100 most likely, maybe the 2150.

They are the same thing but the 2150 is newer and has some more junk on it
