Carborater and 4.0 head swap

So have been doing alot of reading on preferred carbs for the 1990 yj on this great site. It seems alot of you guys are going with the mc2100 or the 2150. The gentleman on ebay who sells them, how good is his product. He suggests to swap out to a HEI system, is this true, and also do you have to do a nutter bypass if you go with the mc carb? Was also looking at a 4.0head swap with the 4.2. How hard is it to swap out. Do you have to readjust the carb after the head swap is completed.Whats the total cost of this mod? I found a shop in clearwater the sells the head just for this mod in mine with the water jackets properly sealed for under 500.Has anyone dealt with this company? And when you get the head is it complete or is it just a core? There's another company that sells the complete head for under 1000.00. Anyone deal with them
