Changing Tire Size

I have a 95 YJ with 6" wide bushwacker flat fender flares and 31x10.50 tires on 10" rims. I am going to 33x10.50 with 8" rims. The tread is now even with the outside of the fender flare and I want to be able to keep it that way and I need to know what backspacing I need. Thanks for any help.
