What are your plans for the jeep? Is it a daily driver/weekend warrior or just a toy?
A lot of guys end up doing a 4 inch lift and then adding a 1" body lift and 1"shackles. The nice thing about this set up is you can do it in stages, in any order. I did 1"shackles, 1" Body lift and 1" motor mount lift for less than 300 bucks. I also trimmed my fenders and moved my flares up 1" for free.lol $100-$150 an inch is pretty cheap clearance..
As far as springs and stuff go, Like was said earlier, save your dollars and do it right all at once. I would really advise SYE/CV with your lift too. Transfer case drops defeat some of the lift and every inch counts there with break over.
