quick question and i know it might be on here some where else but i couldn't find quickly, so will cj leafs fit on a yj? i found a guy with a set of +4 leafs on a cj like new for 150 i was thinking getting them and replacing/selling my +4 shackles.
i know the cjs and yjs are a lot alike but i dont wanna buy them just to sit thanks

Cjs are skinnier. I would reccomend not getting the cj leafs. A lot of cjs owner like to get the yj leaf swap for the mere fact that yj leafs are better. I believe all it would take would be swapping out (grinding off old and welding on new) perches. Stay yj......

The rear springs on a CJ and a YJ are the same. The front is what is different. A YJ has 1/2" wider and 1" longer springs. A YJ has the same size springs front and back.

You could use the rear but not the front. I think it would be a hard sell to just get rid of the fronts too and $150 for most lift springs as a pair ain't a steal.

I would keep looking.

You can buy OME springs for about $95 each which are the pretty much the most expensive springs out there...stock style anyway.

I would think you could buy new springs and choose the brand for $150. A call to 4wd.com would answer that.

But on a side not I sold my old rough country 4" lift with shocks and shackles for $350 last year so $150 aint a bad price on them.
