Clicking noise?

just started today. i hear a clicking noise in my drivers side rear tire when i make left turns... any ideas?

nail, screw or something else foreign in the tire.

Check your lugnuts and make sure that they are tight, some of my const. equipment make that same clicking noise when the lugnuts have become loose.
