Clutch Help

I have a 92 YJ, the clutch this morning had a lot of play in it, with a very late engagement on the peddle stroke, upon checking the fluid, it was very low. I see no obvious leaks anywhere. Two weeks ago I got the clutch very hot and replaced the trani fluid the next day. My question is, where in the **** could the fluid have gone? Could it have a leak in the trani? (I hope not, because there is now brake fluid in the tani if so) I refilled it, and pumped the clutch about 100 times, and it doesn't appear to be any lower in the res......

So, why and where?...lol
