Clutch or Slave cylinder??

Really need some help troubleshooting here. 89 YJ, 4.2, 5 speed manual stock tranny and TC.
When I push in the clutch it sounds like there are a bunch of marbles rolling around until I let the clutch out and it engages.
If I am at idle and take it out of gear the marbles stop rolling around.
She shifts just fine with no grinding or difficulty in any gear.
