Clutch Peddle just went to the floor

Ok my Clutch Peddle just went to the floor limp then Sprang back and now will NOT move but maybe a quarter inch causing the trans to grind even if im not touching the Shifter. Its started to not want to down shift into 3rd the other day so I checked the fluid level and it was at the top, im at a loss.

IS it the Clutch slave or master or the Hydraulic throw out unit?

thanks for the hep that im sure is coming ....

PS forgot to add Jurassic (my Jeep) is a 95 Wrangler Sahara I6 5 speed, but yall guessed 5 speed hence a Clutch problem LOL

Mine did the same thing and it was the master. Easy fix. I made the mistake of kicking it like kick starting a motorcycle after it got frozen in the up position and it pretty much exploded all over my feet.
