clutch problems

got a 95 yj just replaced the clutch and slave cylinder clutch still makes noises it sounds like a bolt in a tin can help any one getting real mad with this when its in gear like 3rd through 4th on also i loss power when i try to go up the moutain wrer i live in wv

Thanks for the responses guys. I'll look into it. If its a pilot or throwout bearing, where can I look in the engine to find that?

Now that its daylight, I can see that the fluid is actually green. What does that mean?

The pilot bearing is in the back of the crank, it's what the transmission input shaft pokes into. The throwout bearing is on the clutch fork and is what pushes on the fingers of the clutch pressure plate.
As for the green fluid, it may have absorbed some water. It wouldn't hurt to change it, but that shouldn't cause any noises

So I gave up and limped my YJ to the shop. It turns out that I had a run of bad luck. All within a very short period of time, the master cylinder, fuel pressure regulator, and water pump went.

Its all fixed now and $800 later my YJ is running great again, and now there's no squeal.
