Clutch Problems Help!

I just replaced the clutch in my 95 YJ but the clutch is releasing high in the travel of the pedal. Resurfaced flywheel and even changed clutch master cyl. I have an external slave cyl. Any ideas as to why the clutch is releasing high? Please help. Thanks.

Did they take too much off the fly wheel when it was resurfaced ?
That would be my guess.
