converting a TBI 2.5 engine to MPFI? HELP!!!

Does anyone know what has to be done to convert a 2.5 TBI to a MPFI? I have a 91 MPFI engine with a bad knock and shes slowly going out the door so I bought a 90 2.5 engine which is TBI.. can I just swap the intake and manifold from the old MPFI engine? I have all the gaskets for it but I'm not sure what else has to be done. Thanks!

Yep. It's the same block. Same motor, just a different intake. Take all of the external items off of your motor, pull the motor and replace with the '90.

Set your old motor to #1 piston at TDC, and the same with the new. So you can get the distributor in the new one easier.
