Converting the rear seat

I've been running some ideas through my head for when i get my jeep and one thing i wanna do is change out the rear seat. I'm thinking of adding one bucket seat in the middle. Anyone else done anything similar? Pics would be awesome

just curious as to why? I am poking around for seats and I have seen some jeeps with four bucket seats, with the rear pair mounted fixed side by side but curious about the single third seat out back.

I just got rid of mine. unless you have kids or something that you have to haul around in it, I'd do the same. Creates ALOT more space.

Well, i did think about, and still may do 2 buckets, i just thought about doing one to do something different, and really, the only other people i'll be riding with have a jeep to, it'd just be me and my lady, so a third would be more for when i'm out with the guys out riding or something and we wanna stop and hang out. I wanna make the rear seat swivel so i can turn it around and face backwards. To me, that'd be pretty sweet

Yea, either way i'm gonna take out the rear stock seat, i'll still keep it for the few times i'll be taking more than 1 passenger, but on the average day, thats just storage space i could use....

The swivel idea is kind of interesting, could be a neat spot to watch your friends on the trail.

Just don't end up like this guy. Underneath the wierd prarie hunting stand treatment is a nice old CJ:
