Looks good! How does it work? When I turn a corner my drink spills in the cheap one I have. Are you going to coat it with rubber to keep the water out?

is made from mdf...in hindsight would have made it from something else..but had the mdf lying around...but yea i painted it before i covered it...its covered with an old army tent...a bit of left over i had from a previous project...(door covers...and it matches the rest of the jeep..after i covered it...i sprayed inside and out with scotchgaurd..as far as the drinks spilling...no they dont...the cup holders themselves were drilled with a 2.5 inch hole saw.then i cut the bottm off of 2 smokeless ash trays..(dollar store lol) shoved them down in the holes, fit perfect BTW..and cups drops down in them..works great.
Also if ya look closely at the from where the cups are.. i left a little slit so my cell can slide down in it...use my cell in the jeep like an mp3 lol
