Dana 30/35 4.56 gear question

I have a 94 YJ which I am trying to make somewhat avordable to drive on the highway. A couple of years ago I put a 4 inch lift and 33x12.5 tires on it. Needless to say my gear ratio is way out of wack.

I have done some research and it seems that going to 4.56 is the best gear ratio to go to (I do not plan to go any bigger on the tires).

My question is what is the best brand to look for? I am not really sure where the best place is to get the gears. I believe I have Dana 30 in the front and dana 35 in the rear.

Any recomendations?

If you have the 4cyl I would go with 4.88 it brings it as close to stock with 33s as you can get. Here are some calculators. I have about the same set up as you and I cruse at 70 at 2900 in fifth. As for best gears every one has there own opinion on that I went with G2's(made in USA). But what you really want is brand name don't get a generic.

I am currently getting about 11mpg. I know in a Jeep it isn't about mpg, but if you don't mind me asking, what kind of mpg are you getting with your 4.88?
