Dana 30 drivetrain dissasembly problems

Well I'm trying to do a gear swap, and once opening the differential there is a bolt you would normally remove which would make a pin fall out.. Well it looks as if the bolt was broken when put in or something and was wondering how to get it out... I posted some pictures. Any suggestions of how to get it out would be muchly appreciated!

The cross shaft is held in by a roll pin. You should get a set of roll pin punches, hammer, and safety glasses. The roll pin comes out one way and installs the same way it came out.
