Dana 35 Leaking

I have a leak at my rear diff. I'm not sure if it's coming from the pinion seal or the cover seal. Is there an easy way to check?

Also, how do I replace the pinion seal?

Maybe I should I ask...What can I use as a yoke holder?

a big crescent wrench but if you use an impact to take it off its a lot easier.
