Dash panels

I'm trying to take my panels off to paint them. I got the ones off that cover the blinkers and glove box and stuff. I can't figure out how to take off the one that goes all the way over from the drivers side to the pass side. Do I need to fold down my window or what? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah you have to fold down the front window. There should be a row of screws under there
