dashboard "raining"?????

i replaced the windshield and frame, got all new seals and replaced it in hopes it would stop the underdash rain. my dad pointed out the cowl vent on the hood for the heat/vent system and said thats probly where it is getting in.

can anyone tell me if that is the problem and how to fix it or if it isnt give suggestions of the problem and how to fix it.

On mine there was a seam just below the windshield frame where it meets with the body of the jeep that was all dried up and cracked I bought some body seam sealer from napa and sealed it back up again just gotta clean it up primer and paint it now but no drippy drippy I also had to seal up the seam on the sides just above the jeep logo along with it

It's about a 4. I had my glass installed before I installed the frame. The hardest part for me was getting the bolt to line up and go in properly
