deal?

Just came across a 95 Wrangler Sahara for $6000.

Specs:
4.0 L 6 Cylinder
103xxx miles
air
tilt
hard top
power steering
ABS
new tires
etc.

Pretty standard Jeep and it seems to be in pretty good mechanical shape. It's a one owner and hasn't been off road. Body is in good shape, no rust except for a small spot of surface rust starting on the window frame and another on the rear pass. quarter (surface also).

Just wanting other experienced folks opinions on whether this seems like a pretty good deal or not.

Thanks!!

The price is just about right, for what you got there. I'd try to get it down just a bit though.

Thanks for the reply. One more thing, this Jeep is sitting on a dealers lot, and it does have a warrantly with it. Short warranty but warranty nonetheless. He started around 7000 and I've got him down to 6, although I don't think I can get him down anymore. I'm gonna try some more this weekend.

Thanks again for the reply!

Well, went back this morning ......drove the Jeep from the lot for $5500. Nice riding Jeep, runs great.....there's a couple of minor scuffs and bings on the body, but nothing that's too hard to fix though.

That's great news. If you can, post up some pics of the new YJ.

Just try it and ride it as much as you can cause mine was looking brand new when I tried it and bought it. But now every day I'm figuring out a new weird noise and thing to maintain or repair quiclky to not be stuck on the side of the road.
