Distributor problems.

I'm in the process of installing a new distributor in my 2.5L YJ and it just won't start for anything. I got the motor to TDC, put the distributor in, hopefully got the plugs in the right but the guy that pulled it didn't mark where the plugs went so it would be awesome if I got a diagram of where they go. If someone could tell me something I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

BTW, are you sure you got it to top dead center on the compression stroke?

Arguing with a truck driver is like wrestling with a pig in mud, eventually you realize the pig enjoys it.

I pulled the number one spark plug (closest to the rad) and turned the motor until I had air almost push my finger off of it haha.

okay, thats TDC so now check to make sure your rotor is pointed at the number 1 plug and if it is, starting clockwise from there, the next one in your distributor cap goes to plug number 3, then number 2 then number 4. Hope that made any sense at all.
