I was installing a motor mount lift and probably should have used a different point to lift up with my jack, if I run it like this is it going to damage anything? Or did I already damage something I. There?

doesn't look like it moved to much. only thing down that far is the oil pump pickup. might pull it off and beat out the dent. depends on how concerned you are and how deep the dent is.

It didn't push it up too far, just didn't know how close the oil pickup was to the bottom of the pan

It's only the life of your engine your gambling with, no worries right?

To be safe I would pull it off, just a few bolts, use a hard plastic mallet (HF has a lot of them cheap) and a block of wood under it and hammer that dent back out, then inspect the oil pickup screen and tube to see if it's bent or kinked, then reinstall it, have a little piece of mind.

I suppose you have a valid point, the good thing is its not driving anywhere this week as I just pulled the TC tonight for SYE install, and I do have a new oil pan gasket and new rear main seal, so I guess Ill add that to the list before it drives anywhere
