Door question for a '95

Hey guys, I have a '95 hardtop and I am looking to convert to a soft top with 2piece soft/hard doors. I was just wondering what doors you guys would recommend? Preferably something black, due to my paint is not that matchable.
Here is a picture of my current set up:

Yeah, there is a 4x4 place that will buy my doors/top from me, but I think that is only if I let them order the top for me, and they are offering 600 for my top/solid doors, and if they put it on and such the Best Top and install is 850 so I would have to find doors. Or are the tops hard to put on? I have never put a top on, except when I took off my hard top and doors today and put them back on.

I think the install is easy, the top I linked you comes with 2 piece soft doors.

600$s for your doors and a hardtop, seems a bit low especially since they seem to be in top condition. Check out this price for a new hardtop.
1 Piece Hardtop w/out Upper Doors Black 41497-01
Remember its fiberglass so unless you cracked it miles and years don't really matter. From what I saw just for a quick search 500 to 700$s for a used Hardtop. Thats not including hard doors which I am sure you could sell for a good price as well.

I have to tell you, soft tops are great in the summer for easy put down and up, nothing beats those hard top and doors for the winter months. Unzipping a window to spit or order food at the drive thru etc. kinda sucks, the amount of noise that you get with a soft top gets old to.

Last summer I took my Hard Top off and just ran a Bikini Top and no doors.

Yeah, well I live in Arkansas so winters aren't that bad, and the heater works amazing! I feel a little odd trying to put it on but if I can sell my doors and top for as much as you are stating, then I would save money on the top and 2piece doors, then I could install them at my friends house, as I currently live in an apartment. Thank you for your help, this is definitely something to look into!

Only thing I gotta do now is try to sell the doors and top, which I don't know what the market is like around here.

Nice looking Jeep. Just curious, why don't you keep the hard doors and go with a soft top for hard doors? Their price seems low. I don't know what your doors condition looks like, but there's a set of doors only. The bid listed on e-bay currently at $660 + $200 shipping, and they don't look nearly as nice as yours.

Well with my doors the inside paneling is kind of showing it's age and so are the doors, but they work great, no seal damage or anything, but the fact of trying to sell the doors/top is going to be difficult around here, unless I get lucky. Hard tops don't ship too well though, so I don't know where or how to sell it, might try craigslist. Only problem is they are a weird teal color. As for keeping it, well I don't have anywhere to keep them, I don't really like the hard top or solid doors, and they are a pain to take on and off. Plus I live in Arkansas, worse we have is some rain now and then and my heater works good so I'm not worried about the cold.

Softopper is what I went with its a lot cheeper and uses full doors, I don't have full doors I use half doors with upper hard doors I will b getting a set of bestop upper soft slider doors 2maro. And its a frameless top made with sail cloth material, I highly recomend it, I say get the softopper and keep ur hard top and doors. Mine cost $560 shipped with tinted windows.

Well I have no place to store the hard top, and if I want to go doorless I have no place to put those either. I am wanting to get rid of both, so hopefully I can sell them and get a soft top and 2 piece doors.

Well with 100+ Degree weather in the summers and still decent weather through ought, I want something that is easier to take off than a hard top, and I don't have a/c so I to be able to take off a soft top and have it stored inside the jeep would be a lot easier.

The weather there definitely allows year round soft top!!

I just checked out the Ft. Smith area Craigslist, and if you don't want to ship the doors, the price you were offered looks pretty good.

Spare tire is on the back, and not sure if that is the original color, I got it used a couple weeks ago.

So that I understand correctly, they want $850 for the top, minus the $600 for your top and door, so you get the new top for $250?

The install is a piece of cake if you are in anyway handy.

I am handy, but the top is 850 counting their install, but I can get the top and 2 piece doors for about 850 from 4wd. So I just need to sell my top and doors and use that money to get the bestop top and doors, and install it myself. Also, if I got the top through them, I would still have no doors so that is another 400 for doors, when if I sell the top and doors privately I could sell it for decent money, from what you guys are telling me.

Thanks Dutch! You are very helpful! If we do work out something for the top, I still have to get rid of the doors and then I can get what I want!

Very glad to have been helpful, but truthfully, the only thing I did was keep your post at the top so other people would see it, because I have too much time on my hands.

The doors won't sit around for long I'm sure!!!!!!! If you even get that far, before someone snatches them up, post a classified right here on the forum if need be, and I'd bet they will be gone in NO TIME.
