Double D's Fabrication?

Im wanting to do something with my dash. Originally i was going to try and buy a used spice colored dash because the grey dash in my sahara just bothers me and looks out of place and just makes the whole interior seem too dark.

So I searched around and came across this site called Double D's Fabrication that makes dashes out of metal for YJ's and all jeeps. Just curious if anyone has done business with them, what their experience was like and what ball part price range im looking at?

It isn't so much a "them" you would be working with.... Dan @ DD is great to work with. I got a full custom dash I designed from him not too long ago. It is a a CJ style flat dash, with angled bezels, a fully welded locking glove box, defrost vents, and a few other custom features. The finished cost was around $400. I would highly recommend going with DD.

YJ does NOT stand for "Yuppie Jeep".
Jeeps should only have TWO doors.
You should ALWAYS wave at other JEEP drivers.

I'm working with Dan right now on the sickest looking dash I've ever seen in a Jeep. It's gonna be around the same $400 as Mellow quoted and, from everything I've seen, this is gonna be ridiculously awesome. Of course, I'll have a small fortune in gauges, upgraded steering wheel, etc.etc. so that $400 is just a drop in the overall bucket.. but still, looking forward to my new dash!
