drain plug question

i've gotta 91 yj.... i removed all of the drain plugs except 2. each of them is in the front (lower) portion of the jeep. but behind each of the front seats. when i reach up under the jeep to puch the plugs out from the bottom, i can't feel them. there is obviously something covering them. i'm affriad to take the plugs out bc i'm concerned that the "box" underneath the body that is keeping me from feeling them will hold water and rust if i remove the plugs.... should i worry about this? or should i just go ahead and dril the plugs to pop them out

Hell, I'd say that if you removed all of the other ones you'd be fine for pretty good drainage of your rig should you need it.

I took all of them out, and got no problems with rust or so.
I wouldn't worry to much about it.
