Drilling thru frame Q?

Im putting the best top rock sliders on. What do you guys think about drilling all the way thru the sides of the frame to put bolts to mount versus the little self taps that come with the kit. Will it weaken the frame to drill all the way thru? I don't think it will from side to side....Just curious what you guys think. I am bout ready to post new pics. I wanna be 90% complete before I post anything....Thx for any and all help.

If NO LARGER than 1/2", there will be NO ADVERSE effect to the integrity of your Frame.
