driveline noise

I have an 88YJ
it has a driveline noise like a wapping sound incresing and decreasing with speed in or out of gear...could it be the driveshaft or a bearing?

Universal joints and driveshafts are usually a vibration. Check your exhaust. My muffler was against the skid plate when my exhaust hangers were shot causing noises but no other issues.

also if it is lifted and the angle of the shaft is too severe it can cause vibrations

After the U-joint exchange, where the drive shaft assembled correctly in the spline? U-joints in both ends must be properly aligned, or else they will vibrate and make noise like hell...
