Drivetrain swap from an 06' to a 94'

I'm gonna be starting a 5.3l chevy V8 swap on my 06' LJ in a few months, and a friend of mine is interested in taking my 4.0/auto/np231 and putting it in his 94' YJ...I tried the search function, but got nowhere. I'm sure someone has done something similiar, what would be required of such a swap? There's the obvious reworking of the engine bay harness, but how difficult would this be overall?
