Question Dtc 24

Hello all I have a 93 wrangler and my check engine light came on and its giving me a code 24 TPS sensor input high/low voltage. So I checked the voltage and with the sensor unplugged I have 5 volts at the input and 4.8 at the signal wire witch is to high on ether side. I saw on wire diagram it shares a signal wire with the MAP sensor so I checked it and it is the same way. There is no shorts in the wires that I can find between the sensors and the ECM and I tested both sensors and seem to be functioning normal. So that leads me to believe it needs an ECM. no one has one nor can get one around here and can't find any one to repair it. The OEM part number is 56027 368. Any suggestions?
