e- brake HELP!!

I recently replaced the driver side ebrake cable bc it was broken. After fixing it, I thought it was fixed however I noticed that the jeep was still rolling when the ebrake was engaged. Pushing it from the back the Jeep will not roll forward, but I can easily pull it backwards. All suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Pop out the rubber plugs in the back if the drums and screw the adjusters out until it won't roll
