Dash lights, are bulbs good, dash dimmer switch good?
fog lights, relay good? Under hood back by battery.
courtesy lights, dimmer switch/control? Door switches?
Low beam lights, think theres a relay on the radiator?

I had the same problem with my 93 plus the blower motor didnt work. Two days after I got it home it wouldnt start either(everything would power up but not fire). So after throwing in another pcm and going through every last wire and connection under the hood and under the dash, including the ignition with no results. I turned on the ignition one more time and noticed that the dummy lights didnt come on. So after racking my brain for a couple minutes, I decided to turn the ignition on and one by one reach down and wiggle each fuse until the dummy lights lit up. Turns out the fuse sockets were so worn out and loose that most of the fuses were not making good contact. So I took all the fuses out and soldered both sides of the fuse blades to make them thicker , then put some dielectric greese on the blades and put 'em all back in and TA-DAAA. EVERYTHING worked and I havent have any problems since. Good luck

And for anyone else out there who is having electrical or ignition probs, pass this info on.

Good luck, I'm having a similar problem with a 94 yj. The difference is my acc. fuse blows and all the guages die after I start the engine. It doesnt sound like you have a short since you have no blown fuses.

i had a short in the blinker/high beam selector that wouldnt let the headlights come on. i had to run a wire to bypass it. id say get out your multimeter and start tracing.....

I had a problem with my YJ where the wires go to the wiper motor they had rubbed through the sheathing and shorted on the windshield frame. It produced a similar problem, fold down the windshield and look at the spot where the wire harness goes from the windshield frame to the dash frame.
