Coming from front of engine...goes away underload? Check timing chain. Might be getting a bit loose.

Does sound like that, but goes away when you raise idle that one seemed to still be there as idle was rasied.Sounds like second too but does that one go away when idle was raised? My motor sounds great when idle is rasied or when under load and driving.
Timing chain could be it. Maybe the tension?

i'm not sure but it could be a lifter sticking too had it happen in my 305 changed the oil went away never came back caused by junk in the oil getting stuck in the guides and can make it sit just high enough to tick the cam but i had termendious loss of power though

So i was just wondering sounds like the second video. Should i go with the timing chain change it and damper, or is it something else? Bearing or oil pump?
Thanks in advance for the help.

By your description I would go with the timing chain. The videos did nothing for me. Kind of tone deff. (8years in the Marines) Good luck.
