Talking Engine Suggestions

Hey all... I have a 93 wrangler with the 4.0 engine and AX15 Tranny and so on.... My motor has seen it's better days. I have been thinking of swapping in something a little bigger. Altho I really enjoy the power that my 4.0 has so dont get me wrong it's a great engine. I found a replacement for 500.00 at a local salvage yard. Altho like I said i been thinking of bigger and more power. What all engines will bolt straight to my stock Bellhousing without buying adapters. Motor mounts and wiring wont be a problem. Im just curius on what all will bolt right up.

If I were you, I'd stroke that 4.0 out to 4.7 and rebuild it (or get the one for $500, do that, slap it in). Then you won't have to deal with computers/adapters/etc/etc. and you should get more of the power you want.
