Engine trubles

My 2.5 92 yj is acting up after abut 2 miles it randomly cuts out for about 2 seconds, the longest it's ever done this is about 10 seconds. It feels like the engine losses power for just a second then every thing is fine . I have changed the fuel filter and that's about it
Any ideas?

Check all battery connections, all your grounds and any fuseable links for proper connection

Here's an idea. Do a full tune up. When was the last time you changed the plugs, wires, cap, rotor? Clean up the throttle body a little while you are in there. Or we can keep playing the throw parts at it game....
