Error Codes ?

Hello.

A neighbour wanted to start his YJ 4.0L some minutes ago and then the check engine light went on.

The error codes were:

12
33
21

What does that mean?

After talking to me about that for a while we started teh YJ again and everything was ok again.

Does he have to worry about something?

Thanks.

the 12 i think is not important. navy chief has the codes if you ask him to post again, or search past posts for yj error codes.

And 21 is the o2 sensor or the circuit?
What should he check first?

sensor has a 4 pin plug
pin1 to splice 114 to all other sensors
pin2 to pin 41 of pcm. power pin. probably 8-12 vdc
pin3 to ground
pin4 to fuel injectors
