Fabtech skid plate? Any opinions?

I need to replace my skid plate and want to upgrade. I've been researching a lot about UCF "no-lift required" skid plate. I was was pretty much sold on buying one until I was flipping through my pages of my Quadratec magazine today and found a Heavy Duty 1/4" Fabtech skid plate for $292. I was actually able to locate one on the net for $260 shipped.

Anybody have any thoughts or have tried this skid pate? It looks nice, 1/4" and comes powercoated black already.

weird...can't find a pic anywhere on the net, but here is a pic from the catalog

Well I contacted Fabtech today and they said that their skid plate does in fact fit an unmodified YJ, not even requiring a body lift. So I pulled the trigger and bought one. I was able to find it for $243 shipped. Which is about $20 less than the UCF "no lift required " skid plate. Plus the Fabtech skid plate comes with the skid plate to frame bolts as well as already being powdercoated black. I'll post pics when I get it in hand.
