I agree with the stock theory also. I found this 93 YJ up in Red Bluff CA for $3700. Sound motor, no rust, 119K miles and smogs. It was an amazing jeep, heck the guy even let me drive it around the block and I was sold. Offered him 3100K and he took it. Best rig I've ever bought! The guy was an older gentleman that was county, he said, "This Jeep will turn heads and drop panties." Well it turns heads but the last part I'm still trying to find out

ChicoJeepy, I'm glad you said that. I was planning on talking it down to the 4,000 range because of the mileage. But I wasn't sure if that would be too low of an offer.

FI means Fuel Injection, the carb on some of the I6 motors can be a PITA from what you can read here.

Fuel injected. I believe MY91+ are FI.

Yes, how well though, I'm not sure. Not that old :P That jeep you're looking at was created when I was born.

I've thought about dealing with a carb'd jeep-a completely restored cj-7-but not as a daily driver.
