flooding

my 89 YJ 2.5 is flooding itself, literally dumping fuel into the intake. dose anyone have any ideas what is causing this, and what I might be able to do to fix it?

stuck float not shutting off the fuel delivery
rebuild the carb

get a can of carb clean and take the TBI off and clean it. Sounds like the TPS is sticking open.
Or, the air.....whatever its called is sticking closed.
