Ford 8.8 ready to bolt in to yj, can someone explain the brake situation?

The ford 8.8 that I'm getting is ready to bolt in, it unclouded the disc brakes.... Can anyone telle what other brake components I would need to make this work? Or know of a good writeup?? Everything I have found details complete axle install writeups but having trouble finding the brake Info specifically! Thanks

East Coast Gear Supply sells parking brake cables with the correct end to adapt to the f 8.8 parking brake. Other than the new cabkes thats all youll need. The stock brake fluid line will hook right into your current lines

Look here:

StanF 8.8 Swap

Look at Part 6.

Then look at Parts 9 (Appendix) and Part 12 (Parts Details)

Seems like I've also heard that the existing master cylinder will not work for all 4 disc brakes.... Any feedback on this?

This is the most complete thread I've seen on the 8.8 swap, there are a lot of posts on brakes and kits available for the brake lines and who does and doesn't change the portioning valves, hope it has what you need, happy reading.

Are YOU considering the popular Ford 8.8 swap?

I did not change my brake MC with my 8.8 disk and it works fine. The parking brake cable sold for the swap is not a perfect fit on the YJ, the passenger side cable is too long to work with the YJ brake equalizer, there are many easy fixes for this, I'll share mine if you need.
