fuel injection conversion

Lookin for a little advice. I have a 1989 wrangler 2.5 and Every piece of emissions had been removed. Aftermarket carb. Trying to decide which way to go to get it ca. Smog legal. Either try to find someone who is stripping the equipment off of there yj or convert to an fi kit. Questions there is if I go fi how much of the original stuff will I still have to find...ie. Air pump and all the related crap. Literally there is nothing but a bracket for the air pump and connections from wiring harness. Any input will help in my final decision.

2.5l should have been fuel injected. If it's a 4.2l, a Howell or mopar mpfi are the only legal options in California. You'd also need the egr, cat, pcv, and evap canister on top of the above mentioned kits.
