Fuel Line for 89 YJ

Anyone know where I can purchase the two fuel lines that connect to the fuel tank for an 89 with a 4.2? No longer available from the dealer and haven't been able to find in the aftermarket.

the hard lines or the rubber lines? Fuel lines or filler hoses? You have to be specific or this thread is useless.

Well.....flexible lines attach to the tank. I need the fuel lines, not vent lines, or filler hose. I need the rubber lines (flexible lines) that attach to the tank.

Find out the size tubing you have(I want to say 5/16") and go to an autoparts store and get new fuel line the length and size you need. They cut it and it's pretty much universal

Thanks but that won't work. This hose makes a 90 degree bend so it will kink. I could drop the tank and make a line using a 90deg fitting but I would rather not create a place for a possible leak.
What I am looking for is preformed hose that is made for the application. If I can't find it I'll have to improvise but I would rather not when playing with gasoline!

I had to use the 90 degree fitting and hose clamps and it's worked great

Got my hoses at Qtec worked just fine hope they are still stocked. If not search the internet just put in YJ fuel tank hose and see what you find.

Thanks. Been there, done that, no joy. Was hoping someone might know of somewhere they are available. May have to just improvise.

The lines attach at the tank so getting hot isn't the problem. The problem is the 90 deg bend they make. I don't think the racing tubing will make any difference but I appreciate the try. I may try using a longer line so it would have a big loop to make the 90 or I may just end up using fittings.

I was hoping that someone may have known where to find the correct parts.

You can bend it 90 deg and it doesn't kink? Must be a new product. What is it made of and where did you buy it?

i bought it at nappa, i broke a hard line on a old van and would have been a real bitch to fix, i first put regular fuel hose and the fuel pressure and heat sucked it closed and kinked it ( 90degree bend to the carb ),then the pro at the counter sold me the racing hose i don`t know the brand but it worked for the next 2 years till i sold the van.

BUT WHY AM I GOING OUT OF MY WAY TO HELP A SMART ASS ??

What are you sensitive? Nothing smart in my posts. I asked you a legitimate question. I'm a very direct kind of man. Didn't know that would offend you.
