fuel problem

I have a 95 yj 2.5l, changed the fuel pump no go, changed the relays ( fuel pump and auto shut down. Ive heard that there is a j9 fuse don't know the location. and also a c104 relay on the fire wall don't know the location. Ive also determined that no power is reching the pump and when I jumped the pump it didn't run the new one could be defective. help....

A little more detail is needed. What exactly is it doing or not doing? Is it turning over and not starting or is not even turning over? What preceded the condition? Have you checked to see if it is throwing any codes? Let us know so we can help.

I had a similar problem it was the relay on the firewall. On my 94 the relay is located just to the right of the battery. I cleaned the plug and changed the relay and have not had the problem since. Hope that helps you out.

I don't see any relay to the the right of the battery. I have no power to the pump at all

The relay is about three inches to the right of the battery on my 94.

Unfortunately there is nothing there any idea where the f9 fuse is ?
