Fuel pump relay clicking

I have a 1988 YJ 2.5l and have replaced the fuel pump and fuel pump relays. But the jeep will die like it is running out of fuel. when I put the key to acc the fuel pump relay starts clicking and I can here the fuel pump starting and stopping. Amost like its pulsing. Starting it cold and driving it for 20 min or so is when it starts doing this. Thank you for any help.

It is most likely three capacitors in your ECU. Cheap and easy to fix if you can solder. Here is a link to complete directions with pics.http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f12/c...rs-ecu-492597/
