I have a 90 with a 2.5 and when I have over 3/4 tank and go around a left turn I get a strong fuel smell. I check underneath and in the right rear corner there is a small amount of gas coming out of the corner panel. I pulled the inner plastic wheel well and see there is a stainless steel vent tube that goes from 2 out let's on the tank into a tee then up into the rear corner panel then there is nothing on top of it. Just wondering what is supposed to be there and if there are any cheap ways of fixing it. Thanks for any help.
Number 19 through 27 is your roll over valve assembly on a 14.5 gallon tank. Its located right above where you talking about. You can see the connectiong tubes in the tank on the right side.

Thanks for the great info, but I'm guessing that hose #19 goes up the the charcoal canister that is also non existant in my jeep, but I'm sure that having that connector and roll over valve would be better than nothing.
I was thinking about plugging mine off. I have a 90 model as well, but it is not leaking. I do hear it flopping around back there sometimes.
