fuel tank question

ok got almost everything on the ply wood wonder ready when I saw a problem, there is a line cracked in half. its a kind of emissions line with a rolling check valve made into it. I was wondering if someone may have one or even a quick fix till I can redneck engeneer a better idea

Not much info to go on, Is there room to put it a splice with flare fittings either side of this " check valve"to remove the split part. Or compression fittings if no flaring tool is availible. Just an idea.
