Full door rust

About to buy some hard doors for winter. Talked him down to 60 for the set. Everything internally is functional and glass is good. Only problem is this rust. Anyone know if any patch panels you can buy to replace this? Or am i gonna have to fab my own? Just wondering before i get them what i am getting into

Honestly your probably going to have to make your own or find another set to cannibalize for bits, personally I would keep looking for another set. I wish I had some encouraging news but they are rough, but what the heck run them till they fall apart! still just $60 bucks.

Buy em cheap at $60. Then when you find some others cheap that may be all dented or some thing you can splice that part in.

Mine were rusted in the same spot as well as same area in front, then bottom edge was rusted through, on both doors. Took them to a buddys shop who mainly restores classic cars, cost about $300 to fix all metal, but they are just like new. Door seal kit cost $200 thats for window felts and everything. Then paint so I may have a lot in mine but they will be brand new

Wow. I was just going to start a thread of my own about this subject. Those look a lot worse than mine. My driver is pretty bad but the passenger seems to be better but will not stop there.

$60 bucks for doors? I wish I could have found some around here for that price. People think they are made of gold in these parts.

I ended up getting the doors. Rear seatbelts. Back glass for my hardtop and some other small parts for $130 not a bad day. It seems like the window frame is separate from the rest of the door. Would it be possible to just take the frames out and replace them? Does anyone know where you can buy just the frame?
