Question funny sound, on newly lifted YJ

Hello, I'm new to the forum but not to jeeps. I recently put a Rough Country 4" lift on my 95 yj. I installed everything as instructed, it looks great, rides great, only one issue, I have an auto tranny, When starting acceleration there is a rough grinding like sound until it hits about 1500 rpm and shifts then it is gone, Any idea what it is and how I can elminate this problem?? I have checked m drive lines/u-joints/transfercase/ everything appears to be fine. Any knowledge on this would be great, thanks again.

I had that and a vibration at 50mph. I added a 1" Motor Mount Lift and it solved the issue.
