Fuse Block to Blower Motor in Question

I have isolated the main cause of my heater blower motor not working. After checking all electrical connectors, switches and resistors, the problem is the wire coming from the fuse block. There seem to be two green wires sharing this fuse connector. One of them connects to the power switch, but the other is in question. This questionable one seems to have a short in it and blows the fuse whenever power is applied from the battery. I clipped the second green wire and my blower motor works. I would like to know where that second green wire is connected to. The vehicle is a 1995 Jeep YJ 4 cylinder no air condition. I so happy that I will have heat this winter. Just been postponing from issues I've read about the blower motor. This problem occurred last winter when I blew my generator. I look forward to your answer.
