G#! da$@ YJ headlights

Changed stock headlights to h4's...the plug and play ones...found a speed shop that sold them for 140$.Couldnt resist for that price..
Anywho pulled the stocks and was trying to fit the new housing..
It didnt wanna go,gave it a lil push and BLAM friggin thing shattered and sliced my hand...got me about an eighth inch deep and an inch across.

These housings are WAY more aerodynamic then they appear lol..
took the broken one back and replaced with new, after finally got both installed and realized 2 different housings and of course they spray the light differently. So gonna swap one today...good thing is the guys at the speed shop replaced the one that shattered @ cost..Dont know how well you can see them but heres the cut.

Hope you didn't get any headlight fluid in the cut. Especially H4 fluid.

^ lol. Ouch, is the H4 conversion worth it? I love my sealed beams. Take good care of that cut bro, hope it heals well. Maybe you'll get a bad ass scar!

What is special about the H4's you installed? A quick look at Quadratec shows H4 headlamps for $40. Is there some sort of hardware change that needs to happen for them to be used? I'm confused...

Oh, wait... Upon more research those are just the lenses. The bulbs are an additional purchase and those damn things are expensive.

Are they worth it?
