Gas tank float leak

I notice my gauge acting oddly, then found leaking from my gas tank. Just a little. Gas only leaks when the tank is near full, but it's not coming from the fill spot. Now my gauge sits at 3/8 full, no matter how much gas is in the tank. Is the float on the passenger or drivers side? I think it worked itself loose.. Thanks in advance. 1992 YJ

Could be the rollover valve leaking. And I belive he float is on the passenger side? Not 100% sure but I think it is. Regardless ull need to drop the tank anyways to see. Its not hard. As long is the tank is almost empty.
